The purpose of this study was to determine the self-concept street children at theRehabilitation Social Home for Nusantara Children. This research method is qualitative with adescriptive approach interview, observation, documentation, case studies. resourcepersons consisted social orphanage coach (PRAN), two children. data collectiontechnique carried out by interviewing all informants, and results indicatedthat: in institutions. Individuals are not born self-concepts, self-concepts appear as experiences obtained from process interaction withpeople who around. In addition, individual formed developed through theresults influence interactions relationships environment,especially environment among children, institutions responsesfrom others. treatment these people that reflect our self-concept.
